Opportunity Passport

Assists young people purchase assets that are critical to their success as they transition into adulthood. The program is a matched savings, asset-building program which includes financial literacy education and asset-specific training. It is to help youth ages 14-25, who have experienced foster care, or have had juvenile justice involvement and/or have experienced homelessness or are at risk of homelessness, and have no family support. 

Available in Butler, Fillmore, Gage, Jefferson Polk, Saline, Seward, Thayer, York, Johnson, Nemaha, Otoe, Pawnee, Richardson and Cass Counties. For more information contact your local BVCA Partnership Center.
