The goal of the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program is to promote housing stability among very
low-income Veteran families who reside in or are transitioning to
permanent housing. Through provision of outreach and case management,
assistance is given to obtain VA benefits and other public benefits.
To be eligible you must be a member of a Veteran family which is defined
as a single person or a family in which the head of the household or the
spouse of the head of household is a veteran; and your household must
meet income guidelines.
Available in Butler, Fillmore, Gage, Jefferson, Polk, Saline, Seward,
Thayer, York, Cass, Otoe, Johnson, Nemaha, Pawnee, Richardson, Douglas,
