Volunteers, community groups, and local businesses donate time, material, food, toys, skills, and love. Which are used in a variety of seasonal projects. For example, our backpack program, sewing for babies (WIC only), Christmas gifts, and more.
This is for low income individuals and families. To participate, you can contact your local BVCA center.

We distribute donated perishable and non-perishable food, household items, and paper products, distributed to families and individuals in emergency situations. Several centers receive donations of USDA food from the Lincoln Food Bank.
This is a free home-based program in which family advocates provide a weekly home visit and offer comprehensive services.
Head Start provides free comprehensive early childhood education services in a classroom setting while engaging families.
We offer an Early Head Start center-based program that provides comprehensive services beyond the classroom for prenatal parents and their children up to age three. We are located in Jefferson County at Kids Connection Daycare and Saline County at Blue River Family Center.
WIC is the nation’s most successful public health nutrition program. We provide healthy food, nutrition education, and community support to income-eligible pregnant women, mothers of infants, and children up to 5 years old.
We sell clothing, household, and other miscellaneous items donated by the general public at thrift stores for the general public.
