We move individuals and families from homelessness toward stable housing opportunities using the Housing First Model. Several separate homeless programs may be available depending on funding and consumer demographics.
Homeless individuals and families who will be engaged in goal-setting, case management, housing searches, and resource connection. In addition, some will take part in rent and utility payment assistance, depending on the availability.
Our team understands the needs of our community, we have services you might need, and we partner with organizations who can offer additional help.

Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) provides nutritious supplemental food from USDA to seniors 60 years of age and older. Participants must also meet income guidelines.
Individuals and families who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness. We offer rapid rehousing for homeless families and homeless prevention for those at risk.
We distribute donated perishable and non-perishable food, household items, and paper products, distributed to families and individuals in emergency situations. Several centers receive donations of USDA food from the Lincoln Food Bank.
Housing Counseling assists individuals and families in becoming mortgage ready through pre-purchase homebuyer education and one-on-one case management.
Households that need financial assistance for unexpected large expenses such as emergency home repair, vehicle repairs, and/or employment-related expenses.
WIC is the nation’s most successful public health nutrition program. We provide healthy food, nutrition education, and community support to income-eligible pregnant women, mothers of infants, and children up to 5 years old.
