We move individuals and families from homelessness toward stable housing opportunities using the Housing First Model. Several separate homeless programs may be available, depending on funding and consumer demographics.
Individuals and families who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness. We offer rapid rehousing for homeless families and homeless prevention for those at risk.
For youth who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. We work together with youth to identify and obtain housing, work on retaining that housing, connect to supports and resources, and address the issues which led them to the homeless ituation.
We offer emergency repair or replacement for heating and A/C units for homeowners who qualify as low-income due to potentially hazardous conditions.
Low-income families are able to reduce their energy bills by making their homes more energy efficient through our weatherization services.
Telehealth services are for individuals who are not comfortable with technology or for those that simply do not have access to a computer, smart phone or internet but still need to connect to our services. While BVCA Partnership is focusing these services for elderly, homeless, and/or low-income individuals, our Telehealth services are available to anyone who has a need.
We promote housing stability among very low-income Veteran families who reside in or are transitioning to permanent housing. Through the provision of outreach and case management, assistance is given to obtain VA benefits and other public benefits.
The Homeownership Opportunity Program provides assistance for the purchase of existing or newly constructed single-family homes. The funds are available to assist individuals and families with closing costs and down payment.
Households that need financial assistance for unexpected large expenses such as emergency home repair, vehicle repairs, and/or employment-related expenses.
