Are you homeless or in an unstable living situation? We offer rapid rehousing for homeless families and homeless prevention for those at risk.
This program is rapid rehousing for homeless families and homeless prevention for those at risk. These are people who are literally homeless or at imminent risk of losing housing (within 14 days at most).
Homeless or individuals and families in unstable situations – both utilize this program.
For example, people who have no set home – “couch surfing,” living in a tent, living in a place not meant for human habitation, living in their car, recently evicted, current eviction notice, etc. who are extremely low income and have no other resources. Many often do not have employment and require extensive interventions. We serve people ages 18+, most often individuals and families are under 60 years of age.
Our team understands the needs of our community, we have services you might need, and we partner with organizations who can offer additional help.
